I first ate here a couple of months ago and I just knew it that they're going to thrive ! last week on a weekday, OMG, the place was packed. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated but it was worth it. I ordered Mandi Hash , the 6 hour beer braised short ribs tasted amazing and the service was spot on as they buzz around taking care of all your needs. Even though they were at capacity, it felt comfortable, and there was something about the chairs. I can't describe them, but you'd have to check it out yourself . The place is very clean . And also has a diner like sit down bar to sit and eat at !

Breakfast of champions! My girlfriend and I came here last Friday to have a meal in celebration of my birthday the day prior. For being a weekday, it was busy! The restaurant was packed and there was a handful of people outside. It didn't take long for us to be called inside though! The restaurant has a clean, modern interior. There are artificial succulents on the walls. There is bar seating with 3 screens that display social media photos/videos. After we got seated, we scanned the menu and were able to easily choose what we both wanted: Chilaquiles Rojos. We also ordered the House Made Conchas. How was everything? - Chilaquiles Rojos: Don't be fooled by this plate, it's a lot more filling than it looks! Perfectly cooked (small) tortilla chips piled high with a little bit of everything on them. I had gotten asada for mine and my girlfriend got chorizo. Both were very good, my asada especially. The meat was very tender and all of the flavors went well together. Comes with a side of 2 eggs (any style) and beans. - House Made Conchas: These are a must. They're small, cute, and delicious! Service was good, everyone was very helpful and our server always came to our table with a smile. Give this place a try!

I visited BC after reading through reviews and I was not disappointed. The service was prompt and friendly. You can tell that the servers are a team since they made sure someone checked on me when my server got extra busy. The vibe was easy going and I overheard the ladies next to me talk about how they visited after seeing TikTok's about BC. Last, but not least, the food. I came upon BC in Yelp after looking for cafe de olla and it was very tasty. I was nervous they wouldn't have simple cafe de olla and just the latte but I was pleasantly wrong. The chilaquiles were spicy but GOOD spicy. I like spicy food, but not overly so and these were spot on for my spicy level. The portion was perfect for me although, I was bummed I was full and couldn't order any of their French toast options. I'll have to come back before leaving Cali.

My SIL came across this place on social media and wanted to give it a try. Apparently, other people saw the same reel and had the same idea to come last Sunday. Our wait time was about 45 minutes. The sign in sheet was a little confusing since there was more than one sign in sheet being used to call people so it looked like 5 names were ahead of us but 12 or so names were called ahead of us. Once we got inside we could see why it was hard to get seated...the place is really small and the tables are really close together. My chilaquiles were really good and my wife's waffle was ok. Cafe de olla was tasty and you can get it hot or iced. Staff were all friendly and trying their best. Prices were on the high side for sure.
